Something harmful is coming from a Torchlite game server, or one is hosting illegal content? Tell us here. A person reads every report, and you get a case number by email straight away.

Send a report

It goes straight to the people who run Torchlite. You can also email [email protected].

What is it about?

The server address with its port, or a link, also to a forum post. One per line if there are several.

Your time zone is sent with it: UTC.

What you saw, and for a copyright report which work is yours.

Who is reporting?

01What to report here

  • Attacks coming from our network: DDoS, port scans, brute-force logins.
  • Malware, phishing pages, stolen-account shops and other fraud on a server we host.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: pirated games, paid plugins or maps shared without permission.
  • Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, threats, hate speech and anything else illegal.
  • Use that breaks our Terms: many accounts for one person, crypto mining, getting around the ad break or the limits.
  • Posts on our forum that are illegal or break its rules. The Report button under every post does the same, faster.

Not here: a ban, grief or argument inside someone's game server is up to that server's owner and staff, and help with your own account goes to our Discord or [email protected].

02If someone is in danger

If anyone's life or safety is at risk, call 112 first. Then report here, and we will pass what we hold to the police.

Child sexual abuse material: never download or send us the material itself. Give us the server address, and you can also report it to Ora de Net, Romania's hotline run by Save the Children. You may report it to us without a name or email.

03What happens after you report

  • You get a receipt with a case number by email at once, if you gave an address.
  • A person looks at it within 24 hours for attacks, malware, phishing and child abuse material, and within 3 working days for everything else. We do not decide reports by software alone.
  • Where the harm is clear and ongoing, such as an attack, malware or child abuse material, we stop the server first and look closer after.
  • We decide what to do: nothing, removing the content, suspending the server, deleting it, or closing the account. Repeat or serious abuse closes the account for good.
  • We tell you what we decided and why, and how you can contest it if you disagree.
  • Suspected crimes that threaten someone's life or safety, and all child abuse material, go to the Romanian Police, together with the data we are allowed to keep.

04If your server was acted on

When we restrict, suspend or delete a server or an account, the owner gets a statement of reasons by email, and by Discord message if they linked Discord, no later than the moment it happens; a server we delete for not being used gets 24 hours' notice first. When we remove a forum post, its author sees the reasons under the post. The statement says what we did and for how long, the facts behind it, whether it came from a report, our own check or an automatic rule, and which rule or law it breaks.

  • To contest it, reply to that email or write to [email protected] with the case number, within 6 months. Someone who did not take the first decision reviews it, and we answer within 14 days.
  • You can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, to the courts, or complain to ANCOM, Romania's Digital Services Coordinator.

06For authorities

Our single point of contact for the authorities of the EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services is [email protected]. It also receives orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information. We read Romanian and English.

The provider is ARTAD CREATIVE S.R.L., CUI 52756946, trade register no. J2025081187008, Str. Republicii nr. 8, bl. 8, sc. C, ap. 13, Suceava, jud. Suceava, Romania.

07Reporting in good faith

Reports must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Someone who keeps sending reports that are clearly unfounded, or uses this form to harass a server owner, may have their reports set aside for a while, after a warning.

We use what you send only to handle the report and any appeal, and keep it for up to 2 years after the case closes, as the Privacy Policy explains. The server owner is not told who reported them, unless the law requires it or you are a rights holder whose name is part of the claim.
